  Exercise is the first of its kind in the presence of Vice-President of the Council, Dr. Qusay al-Suhail, and many members of the Council and the many institutions of civil society and interested parties, academics and from media was reviewed performance of the legislative and the number of bills initiated during the period the past as well as the oversight role of the Council and the effectiveness of members and blocs and parliamentary committees in terms of attendance and absence has been the talk about transparency in the work of the Council and the difficulty encountered in the process of obtaining information or by diffusion of the Council itself.

Many attendees commented on the overall paragraphs Observatory and the cumulative data provided by the wishes of the audience as well as in developing the work of the Observatory and the release of all information that has accumulated.
