Minutes of the session:
the new parliament had the first session of the third electoral cycle, headed by the oldest member, Mr. Mehdi al-Hafez according to the constitutional article (54) . the council members had sworn in and the meeting was adjourned for half an hour for consultation, the lack of a quorum after the break led to the adjournment of the meeting to another day without election of president of the council and his two deputies. |
