On (10/14/2020), the House of Representatives resumed its eleventh session of the first legislative term for the third year of the fourth electoral cycle headed by Mr. Hassan Al-Kaabi, and the session included:
- The first reading of the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the hydrographic organization agreement, as amended and submitted by the Foreign Relations Committee.
- The first reading of the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the International Convention for Search and Rescue at Sea (SAR). For the year 1979 and submitted by the Committee on Foreign Relations
- Focusing the interventions on the demands of women and gentlemen of representatives to guarantee the quota for women's seats, provided that it is not less than 25 percent or more without violating the decision of the Federal Court, and the demand to host the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces due to insulting and insulting the Popular Mobilization Authority by a political party, as well as calling To the adoption of an equitable mechanism for distributing electoral districts that leads to political and social stability in Iraq and not resorting to dividing mechanisms that may lead to the dispersion of the votes of voters in the districts and sub-districts.
- Mr. Hassan Al-Kaabi, the chairperson of the session, affirmed that the offense to any official institution in the Iraqi state is unacceptable and we will not accept it, pointing out that Mr. Hoshyar Zebari's statement on Al-Hurra TV regarding the Popular Mobilization is unacceptable, calling for an apology worthy of the role of the popular crowd and its sacrifices as an official institution headed by the leader General of the Armed Forces
