On (1/13/2021), the House of Representatives resumed its thirty-fourth session of the first legislative term for the third year, the fourth electoral cycle headed by Mr. Bashir Al-Haddad, and the session included:
- The demands and interventions of the ladies and gentlemen on the draft budget law, to reform the agricultural and investment sectors by giving Iraqi investors opportunities to contribute to reforming the economic reality and bypassing the financial crisis and canceling the licensing rounds of contracts with foreign companies as if they share with the Iraqis the ownership of local projects, and follow up the revenues of mobile companies and obligate them By paying the debts owed by it and demanding that the budget include allocations to mobilize the Ministry of Defense and good signs in Diyala Governorate, and support the compensation file for citizens who have rights owed by the government.
- Mr. Al-Haddad directed the General Secretariat of the House of Representatives to address the government regarding the reasons for not paying farmers' dues for several years despite previous communications on the same subject.
Then it was decided to adjourn the session.
