The House of Representatives held on (4/26/2021) its extraordinary session of the second legislative term for the third year, the fourth electoral cycle headed by Mr. Muhammad Al-Halbousi, and the session included:
- Mr. Al-Halbousi offered condolences to the Iraqi people and the families of the victims of Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital in Baghdad, praying to God for mercy and forgiveness for the tragic martyrs and wishing a speedy recovery for the wounded, referring to the assignment of Dr. Bashir Haddad to represent the House of Representatives within the investigative committee formed by the Prime Minister regarding the incident of Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital.
-Recitation of Surat Al-Fatihah to the souls of the martyrs of Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital and all martyrs of Iraq.
- Deputy Kata'a Al-Rikabi recited a statement in which he recalled the late MP Adnan Al-Asadi, praising his struggle since he became involved in the Islamic movement and against the defunct Baath Party regime.
- Recitation of Surat Al-Fatiha as a tribute to the souls of the martyrs of Iraq and the spirit of the Al-Asadi deputy
