 The Local Parliamentary Observatory of Babylon Governorate held a dialogue seminar to discuss the mechanisms of parliamentary oversight of the budgets of the projects of Babylon Governorate 2023 on Saturday, 10/12/2022 at the Engineers Syndicate Hall, in the presence of members of the House of Representatives, Mr. Amir Al-Mamouri and representative Mustafa Al-Karawi, as well as the Governor of Babylon and a group of academics, activists and civil society organizations.
