session of the first legislative term of the third legislative year of the fifth electoral cycle under the chairmanship of the Acting Speaker , Mr. Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, in the presence of (168) Representatives , and the session included :
-Mr. Mohsen Al-Mandalawi expressed the support of the House of Representatives for the efforts of the Prime Minister in his visit to Washington, which seeks to achieve the interests of the people and their sovereignty and support the work of the strategic dialogue between Iraq and the international coalition in order to achieve the supreme interest of the country and avoid conflicts, stressing the importance of involving the private sector in the efforts of the government team.

-Voting on the draft law amending the First Law on the Care of People with Disabilities and Special Needs No. (38) of 2013, submitted by work committees and civil society organizations, women, family and childhood, legal, martyrs and political victims, and human rights.
-The Committee of Martyrs, Victims and Political Prisoners read a statement on the occasion of the anniversary of the martyrdom of the scholar Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr after the Baathist regime committed the crime of liquidating the Islamic thinker and his sister Alawi bint al-Huda, pointing out that the project of the martyr represents the need of peoples to achieve freedom and justice and consider it a burning flame that illuminates the path of the free, while the House read Surat Al-Fatihah in tribute to the soul of the martyr Mr. Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr and the souls of the martyrs of Iraq.
-The House read out a statement on the occasion of the anniversary of the notorious crimes of the Anfal operations committed by the former Baathist regime against the Iraqi people in the areas of the Kurdistan region.
